VERSALINE The new VersaLine cabinet base pressure-sensitive labeling system combines robust construction and cutting edge technology to set a new standard for pressure-sensitive product decoration.

Recent improvements include a new heavy-duty base, 40 pitch 'no lube' roller chain integration and variable speed AC inverter drive.

NO CHANGE PARTS OR TOOLS
VersaLine comes standard with an advanced product alignment system which eliminates the need for costly change parts. Further, product changeovers are fast, easy and repeatable with hand wheel adjustments.

OVERHEAD ELECTRONICS
The high-torque, stepper-driven Q60 labeler provides placement accuracy of +/-1/32"(1mm) and production rates of up to 300 products per minute. Electronics are mounted safely overhead in a rotating enclosure for convenient operation and service.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
The M2 menu-driven microprocessor features onboard diagnostics, product and label counters, rate indicator and memory for 50 label presets. Encoder-based speed compensation automatically synchronizes the applicator to the system's product handling. The complete labeling system may also be synchronized to changing production line speeds.
