THE ULTIMATE IN HIGH SPEED PRODUCT HANDLING
The Quadrel Rotary labeling system combines world class product handling with the technically-advanced Q60 labeling head to create a product decoration system unsurpassed in accuracy, reliability and performance.

The system shown has a 540mm diameter turret and is available in 9, 10, 11 or 12-tool configuration. This system is capable of speeds up to 30 revolutions per minute or 360 products per minute (12-tool configuration).

Speeds of up to 740 products per minute are available with larger diameter platforms (contact factory for details).

UP TO 4 LABELING STATIONS
The rotary base may be integrated with up to 4 labeling heads to apply full wraparound, front & back, neck and spot labels. It may also be configured to automatically switch from one labeling head to another for a "zero downtime" system.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
The M2 menu-driven microprocessor features onboard diagnostics, product and label counters, rate indicator and memory for 50 label presets. Encoder-based speed compensation automatically synchronizes the applicator to the system's product handling. The complete labeling system may also be synchronized to changing production line speeds.
