Three Ink Delivery Options for Maximum Flexibility

Diagraph offers a variety of ink delivery options in order
to best meet the needs of your application--from just a single
printhead or to as many as eight printheads. All three ink
delivery systems shown are designed to work with the 9600,
1920 and 2560 Series printheads.
Centralized Ink Delivery

This pressurized system pumps ink up to 40 feet into the built-in
reservoir of the Centralized Printheads (patent pending).
Because the system is pressurized these printheads are always
ready to print. Housed in an industrial-grade stainless steel
cabinet, the Diagraph Centralized Ink Delivery System supplies
ink for up to eight Centralized Printheads from a single source.
A single one-liter or 500 ml ink bottle supplies all printheads
in the system. The system is clean and easy to maintain because
operators need only to monitor and replace one bottle. Fewer
ink control points and full flexibility with printhead placement
make this system very convenient for operators.
Modular Ink Delivery

Each modular printhead requires its own ink supply. The system
is capillary-fed and ink is supplied from non-pressurized
500 ml bottles. The printheads can be positioned at any orientation
allowing them to print on the top, side or bottom of the container.
Individual ink bottles at each printhead permit multiple-color
printing (black, red, blue and green) in a single pass.
Integrated Ink Delivery

With the integrated system the print engine and a 250 ml bag-in-box
ink supply are enclosed within a single, heavy-duty stainless
steel housing. The close physical relationship of the ink
supply and the print engine ensure that ink prime is maintained.
In addition, the integrated ink delivery system components
resist production line vibration. This system is only suitable
for printing on the side of the carton.
