The Model 2111HS Air-Blow labeler can apply labels accurately at a blistering 1000 labels/minute. The 2111HS utilizes Label-Aire’s innovative Air-Blow technology, DC servo drive with dispense speeds up to 5000 inches (125 m)/minute and Label-Aire’s Velocity Compensation to accurately label your products at the fastest speeds in the industry. The 2111HS’s compact, rugged design fits most any application - it offers added versatility in that it can be mounted in almost any position adjacent to the production line to apply labels to the tops, sides, or bottoms of products. The 2111HS is available with dual 20” (508 mm) diameter NSDU (Non-Stop Dual Unwinder) with manual splicing table or Label-Aire’s flying splice system ensuring minimum down-time at even the highest speeds. The 2111HS is specifically designed for high speed continuous run applications with features like:
